CHAMPION CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LLC
Provides general contracting services and administrative construction management service which includes construction monitoring and owner's representation, which represents an owner's interest in a construction project.
Administrative construction management services are marketed through construction lenders to those individuals or municipalities who are attempting to develop a property, but require assistance and representation.
Monitoring services are designed to inform a project owner or municipality about ongoing construction activities by monitoring the construction progress to determine if the work being performed is consistent with plans, specifications, budget, schedules, and is meeting the requirements set forth in the contract between the Owner and the Contra

ADMINISTRATIVE CONSTRUCTION MANagement
GENERALLY INCLUDES SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Develop and maintain a line of communication with all participants on the design, finance and construction development of the project.
Represent the interest of the Owner to each of the project participants, providing control and direction to project related activities.
Develop and maintain job related files by documenting all meetings, transactions, contracts, directions, concerns, correspondence, and activities relating to the project.
Oversee and report to the Owner on the activities and interaction by others, including design professionals, Lenders, Consultants, Contractors and suppliers.
Provide inspection of construction activities on a regular basis to represent the Owner's interests and to observe compliance with the approved plans, specifications and general and special conditions required in the specifications.
Receive change orders, requests, submittals, recommendations and correspondence from Design Professionals, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers and approve/negotiate/reject same as directed by Owner.
The cost of this service is negotiated on a project basis. A contract is entered into between the Project Owner and Champion Construction Management LLC, prior to commencing work.
