On-site audits

These reports involve a re-occurring on-site inspection for the benefit of a property owner, manager or lender who has contracted for new construction, construction repair, replacement or maintenance, and must make periodic payments to a contractor for work completed on the project. Generally, these inspections are made monthly and are directed at assuring that work being paid for in a "progress billing" is equal to the amount of work completed and found in-place on the construction site. These inspections can be tailored to record the completion of individual line items or to provide detailed summaries with photographic documentation.

Claims Resolution

Having hands-on construction experience and technical background, Champion Construction Management LLC, staff offers unique insight during refutation and preparation of construction claims. Our knowledge of how problems start on a project enables us to provide clients with efficient, proven claims avoidance services. If con- struction is underway, we assist in resolving current issues and recommend measures to mitigate our client's exposure for the duration of the project. If construction is complete,our team takes immediate action to resolve the contested issues. 

Owners Representation

Champion Construction provides “general contracting service” an "administrative construction management" service, which includes construction monitoring and owners representation, which represents an owner's interest in a construction project. 

Administrative construction management services are marketed through construction lenders to those individuals or municipalities who are attempting to develop property, but require assistance and/or representation. Champion not only offers Owner Representation and Construction Management services; it offers design build services in association with several architectural firms, in-house architects and engineers specializing in planning and interior design, urban design, architecture, engineering, as well as project management disciplines. We believe that the owner of a complex construction project is best served by an agent who is exclusively the Owner's representative. Free of potential conflicts, we provide objective management judgment and work to join owner, designer and contractor as a team to complete project on budget and schedule.

As the Owner’s Representative, Champion Construction Management ensures each client’s best interests are represented in every business decision, throughout each stage of the design and construction process. Champion works in collaboration with the design and construction team to make sure each project stays on schedule, within budget and upholds optimal design aesthetics, value and functionality for each client. Champion's comprehensive representation includes:

  • Early involvement – Champion gets involved early to understand and assess the specific needs of each Owner and establish goals to ensure these needs are met.
  • Development Assistance – Based on Champion’s assessment, Champion  will then assist the Owner in acquiring funds to bring their goals to reality.
  • Effective Planning – Champion works with all parties involved in regards to construction activities, relocation of personnel, and coordination of schedules.
  • Cost Effectiveness Analysis – Champion provides input early in the design phase on use and availability of materials minimizing future change orders and potential field conflicts.
